My Tracking Is Not Updating


If we are shipping your package anywhere out of the United States, your tracking number will take up to 3 business days to update the tracking since it has to be processed with the proper custom forms which take a little while after we send it out.  

If your tracking for an international package has not updated after 4 business days, please email us at with your order number and we will look more into it.  

Tracking for international orders usually will not update again until the package has cleared customs or delivered.  Please see expected delivery time frames here: Shipping Times



Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update once it is shipped.  Delivery within the united states usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on location. Delays are possible depending on the workload and conditions for USPS.
