How do I know my order is shipped?

Orders are usually fulfilled by the next business day after you have placed your order or the same day if your order was made before 4 am PST.  

You will receive an email from Banish with your shipment notification and tracking number once shipped. 

The email will be sent to the same email address that you used when you created your order.  If you aren't receiving the emails, please check your junk or spam folder or email us at info@banishacnescars.com if you think you may have entered a typo in your email when you first typed it in and we can correct that for you.  

We only fulfill orders as we have created your shipment.  

Additionally, delays may happen as all our products (serums, etc) are created fresh with pure ingredients. We could create shortcuts and preservatives so our inventory can last longer, but we would much rather have the purest ingredients in your skin so once a batch runs out, we have to make more by hand.
